About SHADES

SHADES is an online magazine profiling the lives and work of emerging artists and activists from all genres whose creativity is a reflection of revolutionary change. Our stories celebrate multi-cultural freethinking and expose underrepresented communities and topics often blanketed by mainstream media. We inspire readers to question and stand on issues that matter to them “because nothing should be seen in black and white.”
