Lisa Diaz, Ohio-born and raised, resided in Ohio until her family moved and eventually relocated to Orange County, California. She maintained her artistic abilities through her passion for expressing her creativity. She has her BA in Studio Art, concentration in drawing and painting, from California State University, Long Beach. She also studied with professors at La Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence, Italy. The concentration of her work is primarily in figure drawing and mixed media, while she also maintains a strong interest in photography.
